Inn "Renaissance Baltic Hotel" is located in the historical center of St.-Petersburg near to the Isaakievsky cathedral, on a place of a private residence of a XVIII-th century.
Near to hotel Inn Renaissance Baltic Hotel there is a Hermitage and Admiralty, the Maryinsky Theater and the Jusupovsky palace.
For more than 150 summer history, the infrastructure and a private residence building as a whole have fallen into decay.
After private residence reconstruction in 2004, with preservation of a historical facade, hotel Inn Renaissance Baltic Hotel building was decorated with facing by a granite of entrance ensemble, marble floors of a lobby, an internal ladder.
